Drive Operational Excellence
Oversee daily scheduling operations to ensure timely and accurate appointment scheduling.
Monitor key performance indicators including call volume, response times, service levels, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient access, and team performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling workflows and reduce barriers to care.
Support Patient Access and Service Delivery
Ensure scheduling practices align with organizational standards, provider requirements, and patient care needs.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and organizational policies related to patient information and scheduling processes.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to support seamless patient experiences.
Assist with special projects, workflow initiatives, and departmental process improvements as needed.
Collaborate Across the Organization
Serve as a key partner to department leadership in achieving operational goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address scheduling challenges, optimize resources, and improve service delivery.
