The Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program (EMP) within the College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an accomplished technical and management professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time Scholar in Residence position. The ideal candidate will possess the experience, professional achievements, and academic background necessary to teach both graduate- and undergraduate-level courses in engineering management. Experience with people or project management is expected.
This position is a non-tenure track, renewable contract appointment.

The EMP prepares engineers, applied scientists, and technical professionals for career advancement in business leadership and organizational and/or process management. Our focus is to help students at all career levels achieve their career objectives and succeed in technical and engineering fields. The Program offers a Masters of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Engineering Management, an M.E. degree in Engineering Management on Coursera, multiple graduate certificates, and two undergraduate minors in Engineering Management and Engineering Entrepreneurship.
