St. Benedict Preparatory School seeks a faith-filled, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Records Coordinator to serve as a welcoming presence in our school office and support the daily operations of our Catholic school community. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to school leadership, managing student records and data systems, assisting with school communications, and ensuring efficient office procedures.

This position has an hourly range of $20.00 - 23.00. An employee’s pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
