Responsibilities
Oversee daily school operations to ensure effective administration and adherence to policies.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to support curriculum development and implementation.
Manage student enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records.
Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and school leadership to promote transparency.
Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff and faculty members.
Develop and monitor the school budget in collaboration with the finance department.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations and accreditation standards.
Lead initiatives to enhance student services and extracurricular programs.
Support principal and senior leadership in strategic planning and school improvement efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of K-12 educational policies, regulations, and accreditation processes.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staff effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive school culture.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders including faculty, parents, and community members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
