East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to support our Out-of-School Time (OST) programs. In this role, you''ll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where students can learn, grow, build relationships, and explore new opportunities beyond the traditional school day.
Working alongside Site Coordinators, Lead Teachers, Program Facilitators, and community partners, you''ll play a key role in supporting daily program operations while helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Job Description
The Teacher Assistant provides hands-on support for student supervision and program operations within NFCOZ and MCOZ programs. This position works collaboratively with program leadership and instructional staff to deliver high-quality programming while promoting the mission, values, and goals of EBCAP and its educational initiatives.
Hours are 2:45-5/6 pm --- Monday through Friday working 1 to 5 days per week. Flexible scheduling
