    Physical Therapist (PT) - School Based Cleveland Area

    Employment Options: Full-Time | Part-Time

    Location: Cleveland and surrounding suburbs

    Schedule: Monday-Friday | School Hours (Typically 7 hour days)

    School Year / Contract: 2026-2027 School Year

    Employment Type: W2 (Benefits Eligible Based on Hours)

    Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

    (When available, PSI shares real assignment details early in the process)

    • Typical caseload discussed before submission

    • Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities)

    • 1-2 building placement when possible

    • Collaborative teams including Teachers, Intervention Specialists, Counselors, and Administration

    Your Impact as a School-Based PT

    You'll help students build the gross motor, mobility, and functional movement skills they need to participate fully in school and daily activities.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations

    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

    • Provide direct physical therapy services (individual and group)

    • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data

    • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

    • Support students' participation in academic, social, and daily living activities

    • Contribute to MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate

    What We're Looking For

    • Master's or higher in Physical Therapy

    • Valid Physical Therapist license (State Specific)

    • School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply - mentorship available

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills

    • Passion for supporting student growth and functional skill development
