What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for students throughout the school day.
• Facilitate meaningful communication between students, teachers, administrators, support staff, and peers
• Empower students to fully participate in academic instruction, school activities, assemblies, field trips, and extracurricular programs
• Support student independence, confidence, and educational growth
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and school leadership to promote student success
• Foster an inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and valued
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in accordance with educational guidelines

Qualifications

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• EIPA, RID Certification, or equivalent credentials preferred
• Experience working with children or within educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education, inclusion, and student achievement
