About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Charm City Therapy in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement behavior support plans
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of applied behavior analysis
Input data into IEP/follow IEP requirements

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
