Soliant Education is partnering with a supportive school district to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position. This is a high-impact opportunity to support students' behavioral and academic success while collaborating with a strong special education team.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Setting: Onsite, School-Based
Caseload: Mixed grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff
- Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings
Qualifications: - Active BCBA Certification required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Compensation: - Hourly Pay Range: $55-$65 per hour based on experience
