Position Overview:
- Evaluate fine motor, sensory-processing, and visual-motor skills to develop and implement individualized plans that support student participation and academic success.
- Formulate measurable goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), maintain detailed progress notes, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Partner with teachers, staff, and parents to recommend classroom modifications, adaptive equipment, and strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Master’s Degree (Highly Preferred)
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Sensory Integration Certification (Preferred)
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and Driver’s License
