Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (or entry-level Doctorate in Occupational Therapy) from an accredited program
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid Occupational Therapist License; CPR certification (if required by the district/facility)
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (school-based experience preferred)
- OtherRequirements: Resume and active License must be provided. Ability to work days and support a 37.5 hours per week schedule. Strong communication and collaboration with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Must be able to meet school/district documentation expectations and follow student confidentiality guidelines (FERPA). Note: Candidates currently still in school may be considered as an assistant (if applicable), but the role requires the minimum qualifications listed above for Occupational Therapist placement.

JobResponsibilities:
- Assess students occupational therapy needs and functional abilities within the school environment
- Develop and implement OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student learning needs
- Provide therapy services during the school day and adapt interventions for student progress
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support achievement of therapy objectives
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation consistent with school and district requirements
