Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based

Location: Wilmington, DE

Term: Immediate Start – June 8, 2027

Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week (30-min unpaid lunch)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate onsite opening supporting students in Wilmington, Delaware for the full 2026–2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy aligned with student IEP goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support classroom accommodations.

• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation for IEP meetings.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) State License.

• Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred.
