You will serve students in the greater Wood County region.

As a PT with CESA 5, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality, student-centered services across multiple school districts. You''ll deliver both direct and consultative physical therapy services to students receiving special education, working closely with families, educators, and fellow service providers. Every day brings new opportunities to support student success-whether it''s through hands-on therapy, strategic collaboration, or thoughtful guidance for Physical Therapist Assistants.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services in schools across districts

  • Evaluate students and interpret results to inform IEP development

  • Collaborate with IEP teams to create meaningful, data-driven goals

  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Consult with school staff and families to promote access, safety, and participation

  • Travel between sites while managing a flexible and dynamic caseload

  • Complete all therapy documentation with accuracy and timeliness

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • A licensed Physical Therapist through the WI Department of Public Instruction and the State of Wisconsin

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, proactive approach

  • A commitment to inclusive education and a belief in the potential of every student

  • The ability to analyze complex needs and provide expert recommendations

  • Comfort with technology used in therapy, record-keeping, and collaboration
