Job Requirements.
- Education Requirements: Valid Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or equivalent.
- Certifications Requirements: State licensure required; current Speech-Language Pathologist certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant school-based experience; strong in-person support preferred.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work with a caseload of approximately 32 students, supporting diverse needs; excellent communication skills; punctuality and professionalism; background check clearance; flexible schedule; soft skills such as teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for educational support.

- Support students speech and language development in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
