    Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Valid SLP license in Georgia or eligibility for state licensure.
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
    • Experience with diverse school-aged populations and a range of communication disorders.
    • Sound understanding of IEP development, execution, and compliance.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in a school setting.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educational teams and families.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation required for compliance and progress monitoring.
    • Provide guidance and support to educators and families regarding communication strategies in the classroom and at home.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
    • Stay current on best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based speech-language pathology.
