What You’ll Do
Provide individual and group counseling to students
Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and agency teams
Maintain accurate case notes and clinical documentation
Prepare annual IEP reports and session documentation
Build positive, supportive relationships with students and school communities
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Active New York State LCSW license required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school and agency teams
