EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
CertificationsRequirements: CCC-SLP
ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of speech-language pathology experience with pediatric caseloads; experience creating individualized treatment plans, progress tracking, and accurate documentation; collaboration with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
OtherRequirements: Must be bilingual in Spanish; provide services in a school setting (classroom model) supporting mild, moderate, and moderate to severe case loads (4050 students); grade levels K-8 (and PK-6 depending on location); readiness to serve students with a variety of needs including autism, AAC, articulation, language, fluency, and complex medical histories; legal authorization to work in the United States on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship); Colorado state licensure aligned to location requirements (as applicable); professional communication and teamwork; consistent documentation and follow-through

JobResponsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy in a school/classroom setting for students with mild, moderate, and moderate to severe needs
Create individualized treatment plans and deliver targeted interventions for communication needs including autism, AAC, articulation, language, and fluency
Manage a classroom caseload of approximately 4050 students across assigned grade levels (K-8 and/or PK-6 depending on location)
Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with school requirements
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes, including communication with Spanish-speaking families as needed
