Position Overview
Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Cypress, Texas. This is a school-based position supporting students in a collaborative and structured educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- CFs are encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Compensation: Starting at $60/hour (based on experience)
