Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language difficulties
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student's unique needs
Lead engaging, goal-driven therapy sessions in accordance with best practices
Track, monitor, and maintain detailed records of each student's progress
Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other allied professionals to provide holistic support

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Active or eligible state Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
Prior experience within pediatric or school-based settings is highly advantageous
Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Capable of independent initiative as well as effective teamwork
