Step into a dynamic school setting providing support as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract. Both elementary and secondary opportunities are available, allowing you to make a lasting impact on diverse student populations and collaborate with dedicated staff in fostering communication skills and academic success.

As a valued member of the school community, you will enjoy a structured schedule. Elementary school assignments run from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, while secondary roles begin at 7:30 AM and end at 3:00 PM. Expect a manageable caseload of approximately 55 student contacts per week, enabling you to deliver focused, individualized interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome
  • Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven practices
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school personnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary and/or secondary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services and classroom-based support
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to ensure student success across academic environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage families and caregivers in the treatment process and student progress
