We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. The SLP will support students in achieving communication goals through assessment, individualized therapy, and collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Stay current with best practices and compliance standards
