Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Previous experience in K-12 school settings highly preferred.
Strong familiarity with administering virtual assessments and delivering teletherapy services.
Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs via teletherapy platforms.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with federal and state requirements.
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support each student’s educational success.
Maintain thorough and timely records, documents, and reporting in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines.
Use technology effectively to engage students and deliver innovative, interactive therapy experiences.
Attend virtual meetings, participate in IEP team conferences, and contribute to student evaluations as needed.
