As a full-time school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team, providing direct and consultative services to students across a diverse caseload. Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Current or pending Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates, and those with school-based SLP expertise encouraged to apply
Previous experience in elementary or K-12 settings a plus
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices, though in-person service is primary
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for elementary-aged students with diverse communication needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Track progress, document services, and maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to support student success and generalization of skills
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
