Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active and current state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CCC
Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student growth and progress
Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services aligning with student goals and district standards
Provide training and resources to educators and families regarding strategies to facilitate student success
Manage a varied caseload and adapt to students' diverse needs in a fast-paced school environment
