School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – PreK-22

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based contract position in Bremerton, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year. This role will support a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from preschool through age 22. The SLP will collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to provide effective speech and language services throughout the school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from PreK through age 22.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide services in accordance with students' individual needs and educational plans.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential required.
• ASHA certification preferred.

Experience

• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Experience working with students across a wide age range is beneficial.

Skills

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Strong collaboration skills when working with students, families, educators, and related service providers.
