Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Hold or be eligible for California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
Current SLP-CCC or working toward SLP-CFY status
Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Enthusiasm for working with a diverse K-12 student population
Willingness to adapt therapy techniques for individual and group settings
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to ensure student progress
Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Deliver direct therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group environments
