Job Requirements.
EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent).
CertificationsRequirements: Speech-Language Pathology licensure/certification as required for school-based services in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain); maintaining required credentials for the role.
ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Speech-Language Pathology (school-based experience preferred); ability to complete required school-based documentation and services.

JobResponsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting, supporting students with communication needs.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy services aligned with student goals.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and school-required records in accordance with facility/school policies.
Participate in meetings and support IEP/education planning processes as required.
