Contract Duration: 14.0 weeks
Compensation: Up To $65.0/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
  • CertificationsRequirements: State licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana (or ability to obtain prior to start) and ASHA certification/CCC as applicable to your role.
  • ExperienceRequirements: 1+ year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist; school-based experience preferred.
  • OtherRequirements: Standard Requirements must be met; days schedule; 37.5 hours per week. Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a caseload and document services appropriately. Must follow school/agency policies and complete onboarding/compliance requirements in a timely manner.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Provide school-based speech-language pathology services to students with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and support implementation of IEP/plan goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete required compliance activities per school/district standards.
  • Participate in meetings and communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
