Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent clinical training/degree as required for licensure).
- CertificationsRequirements: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (License).
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (or equivalent experience).
- OtherRequirements: Resume; ability to work school-based schedules (37.5 hours per week, Days); strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff; ability to manage caseloads and support students with speech, language, and communication needs; must be able to successfully complete onboarding/compliance requirements (including any required background checks) prior to start.

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide school-based Speech-Language Pathology services to students with communication needs.
- Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans to support students speech, language, and/or communication goals.
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and support students through evidence-based interventions aligned with school requirements.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure coordinated care and progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports in accordance with school policies and timelines.
