Job Requirements.
EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program; applicable state licensure requirements must be met.
CertificationsRequirements: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Indiana or ability to obtain); required professional credentials per school district and state guidelines.
ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist; school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

JobResponsibilities:
Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to students based on IEP goals and related service plans.
Conduct assessments as needed to support eligibility, progress monitoring, and IEP development in collaboration with the IEP team.
Deliver direct therapy and coordinate instructional strategies with teachers, support staff, and families.
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required reports in accordance with district and state expectations.
Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress, therapy recommendations, and next steps with stakeholders.
