Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) required
- CertificationsRequirements: Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain); ASHA CCC preferred; CPR certification may be required by district
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist (school or clinical experience preferred); ability to provide speech/language evaluations and therapy services
- OtherRequirements: Must have standard requirements for school-based SLP; experience supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs; strong documentation skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and district staff; reliable attendance for day shifts (37.5 hours/week); clear communication and professional demeanor; flexibility and willingness to follow district procedures; background check/clearances in accordance with school requirements

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide speech/language assessment, evaluations, and therapy services in a school setting (as assigned by the district)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals
- Document progress, complete required paperwork, and maintain accurate records per district/state policies
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents/guardians, and related service providers
- Follow student confidentiality standards and uphold all school-based compliance requirements
