Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences and Disorders) from an accredited program.
- CertificationsRequirements: Speech-Language Pathology license/certification as required for Indiana school-based practice.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant Speech-Language Pathology experience.
- OtherRequirements: Standard Requirements. School setting experience preferred; ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams; strong documentation and communication skills; willingness to follow district policies and compliance standards; work effectively in a fast-paced school environment; travel/flexibility as needed for assignment coverage.

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and direct therapy.
- Work with students to support communication, speech, language, and swallowing needs as appropriate to caseload requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork to support educational and clinical needs.
- Follow school/district policies, service schedules, and related compliance requirements while supporting a positive student learning environment.
