Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/credential as required in Virginia; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for licensure/credential is preferred.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of related experience providing speech-language services in a school-based or pediatric setting.
- OtherRequirements: Days schedule; 37.5 hours per week. Must meet standard facility requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff. Ability to manage caseloads and complete documentation as required. Background check and onboarding compliance per standard requirements.

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide school-based speech-language pathology services to students across relevant communication disorders.
- Conduct evaluations and/or screenings and interpret results to support eligibility and educational planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy sessions aligned with student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress and carryover strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, progress monitoring, and required school reporting.
