Location: Savannah, Georgia (On-Site)
Schedule: Days | 37.5 hours/week (Standard ES Schedule)
Contract: Local Contract | 36 weeks

End:May 28, 2027

Position Overview

Connected Health Care is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an educational setting. This role focuses on helping students improve communication skills that impact academic success, social development, and overall participation in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech/language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement IEP goals and service plans aligned with educational needs
• Provide individual and/or group therapy services
• Document services, progress notes, and required compliance paperwork in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with:
  • Special Education teams
  • Teachers and school administration
  • Families/guardians
• Support AAC needs as applicable (devices, communication strategies, staff education)

Qualifications (Typical School Requirements)

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Indiana SLP licenseor ability to obtain GA licensure prior to start
• School-based experience preferred (IEPs, educational documentation)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or Clinical Fellow considered, depending on school requirements)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet school compliance requirements

Compensation & Details

• Up to $65/hr (W2) (based on experience and district requirements)
• Full-time, school schedule: 37.5 hours/week
• Support from CHC recruiting and onboarding team throughout the assignment
