Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license required
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is mandatory
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as SLP-CCC professionals
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and work alongside educators and families
• Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, presenting assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Offer direct services to students in both individual and group settings
