Job Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 21 years of age. 2. Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy and be currently licensed or eligible for licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board. 3. Prior professional experience working with children and families strongly preferred. 4. Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening. 5. The school-based therapist should have skills in the following areas: assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and psychotherapeutic treatment of children, adolescents and adults with mental disorders, trauma informed care, screening and referral of individuals with substance use disorders.
