Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (or equivalent graduate coursework) with eligibility to pursue BCBA credentialing.
  • CertificationsRequirements: BCBA certification preferred; qualified candidates who are not yet certified but plan to be soon may be considered (unqualified initial note indicates “not yet certified, but plans to be soon”).
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or a school-based behavioral program; ability to support students with behavioral needs in an educational setting.
  • OtherRequirements: Standard requirements for school-based behavior services; days schedule; 37.5 hours per week; must be able to work within the “26/27 BCBA PIPLINE”; strong teamwork and communication skills with educators, families, and clinical teams; adaptability in a school environment; background/clearance requirements consistent with standard school placement may apply.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans in a school setting aligned to student needs and educational goals.
  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses (where applicable) to inform treatment planning and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide behavior analytic supervision/consultation to support staff and collaborate with teachers and school teams.
  • Track progress, analyze data, and adjust programming to improve student outcomes consistently.
  • Maintain documentation and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders as required by school and program standards.
