Job Requirements.
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, with BCBA certification.
- Certifications Requirements: BCBA license is mandatory.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working as a Behavior Analyst in school settings.
- Other Requirements: Must hold a valid BCBA license; excellent communication skills; ability to work day shifts; background check clearance; flexibility and commitment to student success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators and other team members to support student progress.
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on data and student response.
- Educate staff and families on behavioral strategies.
