    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Location: Stratham, NH
    Position Type: School-Based | Full-Time

    We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school team in Stratham, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with students, partnering with educators and families, and using evidence-based behavioral strategies to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
    • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across the school setting.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress.
    • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related-service providers, administrators, and families.
    • Train and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and interventions.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to student programming.
    • Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to RBTs or other behavioral support staff, as applicable.
    • Help create positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services are provided in accordance with professional and school standards.

    Qualifications

    • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, or community setting preferred.
    • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
    • A student-centered approach and commitment to positive behavior support.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
