Job Title: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst Contract Up to $70/hr

Contract Duration: 36 weeks
Compensation: Up To $70/Hour Based on Experience


Job Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, with relevant coursework or degrees in behavior analysis, special education, or psychology.
Certifications Requirements: BCBA license is required.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Behavior Analyst, with strong skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Other Requirements: Must possess valid BCBA license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle diverse student needs, background check clearance, and willingness to work in a school setting. Soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and teamwork are essential. Physically capable of engaging in a classroom environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students with diverse needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective behavior management strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to school personnel on ABA techniques.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interventions, progress, and compliance requirements.
