Allied Support for Kids is seeking a travel School Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a travel job in Lakeland, Florida.

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time
- Locations: Lakeland (established caseload), Bartow, Winter Haven, East Polk (growing caseloads) in Central and South Central Florida
- Work Setting: Primarily clinic-based, with services also in schools and some home visits
- Remote/Offsite Work: Indirect tasks can be completed offsite; caregiver training available via telehealth
- Clinical Focus: Providing quality, family- and staff-centered therapy in a BCBA-owned, BHCOE-accredited, ACE provider clinic
- Team Environment: Supportive supervision, mentorship, collaborative team culture, and strong focus on work-life balance
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to develop and earn commissions on CEU coursework
- Qualifications Required:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
- Completion of BACB-approved graduate coursework and supervised fieldwork (2000 or 1500 hours)
- National BCBA certification (no Florida state license required)
