Responsibilities:
Transport students to and from school and related activities safely and efficiently.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in excellent working condition.
Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.
Monitor student behavior and enforce safety rules during transit.
Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Report any mechanical issues or incidents to management immediately.
Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required.
Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License Class B (CDL) with a school bus endorsement
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Experience driving School Buses
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
Commitment to safety and punctuality.
Flexible schedule to accommodate school hours.
Patient and caring demeanor towards children.
