Driver Evaluator

Job Summary The School Bus Driver Evaluator is responsible for documenting driver competency levels using company established standards to determine whether the Driver meets standard capabilities, while identifying a Drivers developmental needs. The Driver Evaluator will promote safety and ensure Drivers adhere to company best practices. This role will have knowledge of driver education and safe driving practices. Driver Evaluators mainly drive home-to-school routes and also assess driver skills as part of the companys safety program. Will provide transportation service by operating a company asset vehicle on a fixed or changing route.
