Position Details POSTING DATE: March 2, 2026 POSITION: School Bus Driver REPORTS TO: Transportation Supervisor

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Must pass a background check and drug test • Ability to pass the commercial driving test once trained or have a commercial driver's license • Enjoy working with children

Responsibilities: • Follow all Federal, State, and Department of Education laws and regulations while driving • Provide safe transportation for and maintain order amongst all assigned students • Keep accurate records and route updates • Conduct routine safety inspections of the bus before and after each route • Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior and exterior • Promote positive public relations with students, parents, and other school personnel • Follow all school transportation policies and procedures • Maintain confidentiality for all school-related information • Perform other duties assigned by the Transportation Supervisor

Salary: Per the Transportation Agreement $21.59-24.83 per hour, depending on experience Comprehensive retirement and insurance benefits packages, to include employee health, life insurance, AD&D Optional dental and vision available at employee expense Up to $1,000 annual retention bonus Training and licensing provided Additional longevity pay available, once eligible $13.00 meal stipend for qualifying trips Good Attendance Bonuses Referral bonuses available, up to $3,000 per referral Annual paid time off, as follows: 2 Personal Days, 10 Sick Days, 8 Paid Holidays
