Job Description
Step by Step Child Care is looking for positive, outgoing, and kind drivers to work with our Before & After School and summer camp program! Hours are 7am - 9:30am & 2-4:30 with scheduled half days for students which would decrease the midday break.
Our work environment includes:
Engaging with Children ages 4 - 12 years old
Maintaining positive relationships with Students, teachers, and local school staff.
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Bus Driver to transport students safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid Bus License with a "P" Passenger endorsement, and exhibits a warm and friendly personality.

- Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route.
- Ensure the safety of students during transit.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus as needed
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times

Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Fluent in English
- Ability to educate passengers on safety protocols when necessary
- Familiarity with childcare or senior care transportation
Job Type: Part-time - Employees are required to have up to date Criminal, FBI, and Child Abuse and NSOR Clearances as well as a Health physical with TB testing. Program Administrators are happy to support all applicants new to the field in obtaining clearances needed for employment.
