School Bus Driver

Pay Rate: $24.00-$35.00/hour (based on experience)

In this role, you'll safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities while creating a positive, welcoming environment for every passenger. What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other school-sponsored activities.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is safe and road-ready.
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and school transportation policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment on the bus.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and transportation personnel.
• Report accidents, incidents, mechanical concerns, or student behavior issues promptly.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during loading, unloading, and transportation.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass all required background checks, physical examinations, and drug screenings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
