Our programs are based on a proven, nationally recognized model, which originated in our flagship school, the Bronx Charter School for Excellence,a National Blue Ribbon School.

Job Overview 
The ECS coach is responsible for developing teachers in one of the schools within our network at the elementary or middle school level.  The successful candidate will have evidence of strong performance with educating students and coaching teachers. Coaches work collaboratively with school leaders and other stakeholders to enhance instructional practices, improve student outcomes and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports to the school principal. This is a teacher-track position with a 10-month schedule.
