  • ExperienceRequirements: 1 year minimum experience in counseling or related field
  • OtherRequirements: Must hold MD Counselor License; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; background check required; ability to work with elementary school students; dayshift availability; physical ability to engage with students in person.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and emotional support to elementary school students to promote healthy development and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement counseling programs tailored to student needs.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address social, behavioral, and emotional issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records compliant with school policies and regulations.
  • Participate in student safety and crisis intervention activities as required.
