Duties

Peotone CUSD 207U is seeking qualified candidates for the position of School Counselor at Peotone Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. Interested applicants should apply online or contact Mrs.Crystal Johnson, Director of Student Services, at cjohnson@peotoneschools.org.

Terms of Employment:

190-Day Contract

13 Sick Days

2 Personal Days

Starting Pay Salary: $52,560.00 (plus 10 extra days)

Annual salary is regionally competitive with consideration of previous, relevant experience. Peotone CUSD 207U Board of Education pays the employee share of TRS, 100% of the health insurance costs for the employee, and provides a $50,000 life insurance policy.
