    POSITION: School Counselor

    LOCATION: Union Elementary School and Custer Baker Intermediate School

    NUMBER OF DAYS PER YEAR: 184 days

    NUMBER OF HOURS PER DAY: 7 ¾ hours per day

    DUTIES: Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, the school counselor will promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student

    needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students. This position will focus on high ability students, the internship program, and also college and career readiness for all students.

    REQUIREMENTS: Valid Indiana School Counselor license

    BENEFITS: As per the Master Agreement Salary Schedule

    SALARY: As per the Master Agreement Salary Schedule
